TEMPLET FOR HEALTH (mental)
1.) See “Templet for Health (spiritual)”
2.) Guard your gateways.
3.) Guard your heart.
4.) Always think the best in others and don’t point the finger.
5.) Be sober and vigilant.
6.) Keep oneself unspotted from the world.
7.) Know your purpose here and walk in it.
8.) Pray with thanksgiving.
9.) Pursue peace.
10.) Prepare for tomorrow yet focus on the eternal.
11.) Take your eyes off yourself.
12.) Consecrate every day unto the Lord.
13.) Don’t take ownership; He owns it all.
14.) Choose your close friends wisely
15.) Be both a mentor and be mentored yourself.
16.) Have plenty of quiet time with the Lord (Jesus/Holy Spirit).
17.) Read and apply to your life, The Written Word of God.
18.) Embrace and appreciate beauty.
19.) Pace yourself.
20.) Purse inner joy not outer pleasures.
21.) Kiss (keep it simple stupid)
22.) Read a good book. Read the Psalms and Proverbs and more.
23.) Keep the faith, always hope, always pray, always seek.
24.) Let no one steal your joy and your self-worth.
25.) Flee strife and contention.
26.) Don’t put up with mental abuse.
27.) Sit on your “Abba Fathers’ s” lap, and tell him all about it.
28.) Meet new people and here their life’s story.
29.) Share the love and message of the Gospel
30.) Let your continence radiate the Love and Peace of Jesus.
31.) Serve, especially without expecting anything in return.
32.) Give, especially to those who can’t repay you.
33.) Pray for those who hate you and despitefully use you.
34.) Seek ye first the Kingdom of God.
35.) Be anxious for nothing, but in everything trust Him.
36.) The mountaintops are nice, but the valley holds many riches.
37.) Enjoy the wonders of nature and visit God’s creation often.
38.) Work hard, play hard, relax often, and enjoy one another.
39.) Consider the strength of the great oak and redwoods and ponder the activity of the ant.
40.) Take in the laughter of the young ones and smile.
41.) Smile often.
42.) Consider God’s grace on a fallen humanity; how does He do it?
43.) Look at the heavens above and marvel at the work of his hands.
44.) Love what God loves and hate what God hates.
45.) Intercede for the world, for your country, for your state, for your city, for your friends and acquaintances and those who are close to you.
46.) Carry one another’s burdens.
47.) Weep with those who weep and rejoice with those who are rejoicing.
48.) Show an abundance of kindness and mercy and grace; for it shall come back to you press down and overflowing.
49.) Stay positive and insulate yourself from those who are negative.
50.) Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
