CHOOSE NOW

Choose you this day who you will serve.

     Let me say right off the bat that in the next life there will be no choices.  It is either all good or all evil.  Could you imagine living in a state of total evil for all of eternity.

     Now, however, we live in a state of grace, where there is both good and evil.  There is rich and poor, slave and free, abundance and poverty.  Right now, you do have a choice or choices.  But you are only able to make choices during this time of grace.  And thus, the title, “Choose you this day who you will serve.”  Because tomorrow isn’t guaranteed to no man.  It is appointed to man once to die, and then judgement. 

     Today, is the time to repent and surround yourself with the goodness of God.  Bathe your heart, immerse your heart, in the goodness, the greatness, of His Holy Spirit.  Be cleansed and be filled with living water that will never run dry. Surround yourself with goodness.  Bless and curse not. 

     Guaranteed, in the world you will have trouble.  But God has overcome the world and has provided a way of escape.  And ultimately has reserved, for those who love him, who choose him, a place in Heaven, where only goodness dwells. 

     Can you feel the Holy Spirit all over you.  His goodness is overwhelming.  It’s mind boggling, the vastness of his peace and his presence.  All encompassing, not limited by time or space.  Not dictated by anyone or anything.  It’s who he is.  He IS good.  He is ALL good.  There is no evil in him.  He is holy without any spot or wrinkle. 

     However, evil will be judged soon.  And all who practice evil will be judged and live in eternity separated from all goodness and surrounded by that evil. 

     Their fate is worse than death.  There will be no one to save them.  No mighty warrior or superhero.  It is sealed. 

     It is better to be sealed by the Holy Spirit than to be banished to an existence of blackness where no light is, void of human contact or compassion.  No more loving embraces.  No goals or dreams fulfilled. Only one long eternal existence of misery.

     He has given us the choice.  Choose now.  Evil or good.  That which you choose now will carry over to the other side.  There will be no choices later.  Later (after death) there are only two sides, evil or good.  One or the other. 

     Right now, they both exist together.  But in the next life there is a gulf or chasm that separates the two.  And you cannot cross over to the other side. 

                                       Again, it will be sealed. 

                                          It will be too late!!!
